L’Aurora (ODV) exclusively collects the data that the user voluntarily provides and browsing data.
For consulting the "public" part of the site (that is, the part freely accessible by any user), no provision of the user's personal data is required.
For access to the reserved content part of the Site (that is, the part accessible only through registration, or for any possible contact with Aurora (ODV) by the user through, for example, sending messages by email or traditional mail to the addresses indicated on the Site), the user's data should be considered acquired and, therefore, processed in full compliance with current regulations.
Among the data voluntarily provided by the user, the following personal data may be acquired:

Although this information is not collected to be associated with identified data subjects, by its nature it could, through processing and association with data held by third parties, allow users to be identified.
Aurora (ODV) does not transmit personal data to third parties without the explicit consent of the owner, unless such data is requested by the competent investigative, judicial, or police authorities.
COLLECTION OF GENERAL INFORMATION
The computer systems and software procedures responsible for the operation of this site acquire, during their normal operation, certain personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols. When accessing the site, information is automatically stored in a log file and specifically, the following are tracked: date and time of access, IP address, open connection, information about the web browser and operating system, amount of data transferred, error code, and username in the case of personalized access (these data are collected when visiting any other website as well).

The processing of special data (sensitive and judicial) is excluded and, even if provided by the user, will be immediately deleted.
The user guarantees the truthfulness of the data entered on this site and is liable under the law since, pursuant to art. 26 of Law 15/68, false statements, falsification of documents, and the use of false documents are punishable under the penal code and relevant laws.
